What lead times should we expect for European contract furniture?
Standard manufacturing lead times for European and Italian contract furniture range between 6 to 10 weeks, plus 3 to 4 weeks for ocean freight and customs clearance into UAE ports. For fast-track projects, our in-house Sharjah factory can manufacture bespoke seating and desking within 3 to 4 weeks.
Can you provide physical chair and fabric samples before we place the order?
Yes. We provide complete ergonomic chair trials where your staff can test sample chairs in your existing office for 1 to 2 weeks before ordering. We also supply physical fabric, leather, and laminate sample ring sets.
Do acoustic pods require building or fire authority permits?
Because standalone acoustic pods are classified as demountable furniture rather than permanent architectural drywall partitions, 1-person and 2-person booths generally do not require Civil Defense or municipality structural building permits. For larger 4-to-6 person pods, we can integrate sprinkler head extensions and fire alarm tie-ins if required by your building landlord.
