In the UAE, modifying fire sprinklers, adding HVAC fan coil units, or altering electrical load distributions requires formal permits from local Civil Defense, electrical authorities (DEWA / SEWA / ADDC), and municipal entities (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Sharjah Municipality). Our in-house engineering team handles all documentation and authority submissions.
How do you keep air conditioning noise levels low?
We design ductwork with internally lined acoustic insulation, specify low-velocity linear slot diffusers, and conduct comprehensive Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) to ensure air velocities remain below 1.5 m/s, achieving whisper-quiet NC25 to NC30 ambient noise levels.
What is the difference between DALI and KNX lighting control?
DALI-2 provides addressable digital dimming down to 0.1% without flickering, while KNX unifies lighting, motorized solar shading, and HVAC into a single smart system.
